Your 7-day plan · 10 minutes a day
Day 1Greet. Learn salam and its reply. Say it out loud to a mirror until it feels natural.
Day 2Ask how they are. Add "aap kaisay/kaisi hain?" and "main theek hoo'n". Practise both roles.
Day 3Be polite. Drill shukriya, meharbaani, jee haan, jee nahin into everyday moments at home.
Day 4Introduce yourself. "Mera naam … hay" and "aap ka naam kya hay?" Ask a family member for real.
Day 5Handle the world. Learn "yeh kitnay ka hay?" and "mujhe samajh nahin aaya". These two carry you anywhere.
Day 6Say goodbye. Add "phir milengay" and "khuda hafiz". Now you can open AND close a conversation.
Day 7Put it together. Have one tiny real conversation, start to finish, with someone you love. That's it. You've started.
